AI‑First Delivery Accelerator

AI-first delivery, led by people that build it every day

The AI‑First Delivery Accelerator is our practical approach to building AI‑first. It reflects how AI‑savvy teams actually work when AI becomes part of everyday software delivery.

AI-First Delivery changes the economics and speed of software projects. Your team gets working software earlier because multiple AI agents can work on different parts of the codebase simultaneously while humans focus on architecture, decisions, and quality. Timelines that used to run in months compress to weeks. Projects that seemed too complex to touch - undocumented legacy systems, heavily regulated environments, large-scale integrations, become feasible because AI can process the volume of information that used to be the bottleneck. The cost model shifts too: you’re paying for outcomes and orchestration quality, not for hours spent typing code.

  • Align technology with your business goals
  • Drive measurable growth and stronger ROI
  • Empower teams with modern collaboration tools
  • Automate and optimize core processes
  • Strengthen security and compliance across systems
  • Gain insights with data and AI solutions
  • Build agility and resilience into operations
  • Innovate faster with scalable cloud services

From tools to delivery

AI‑first world is moving fast, but practical guidance on what actually works is still rare. Teams have access to powerful tools, yet many struggle to apply them consistently within their own constraints.

Our AI‑First Delivery Accelerator was created because teams needed practical answers, not theory. By working directly in real delivery, we learned where AI genuinely helps, where it doesn’t, and how teams actually change the way they build software. The outcome is practical know‑how that can be applied across teams and projects.

How we work

A dedicated global team with deep hands‑on experience in AI‑first delivery drives this work. This team embeds into live delivery work, working side‑by‑side with project teams to apply, test, and refine AI‑first ways of working in real conditions.

The AI-First Delivery Accelerator model operates as a continuous cycle that connects exploration with execution:

Exploring

The team continuously tracks new models, tools, and ways of working, filtering out what is noise and focusing on what actually helps to deliver better outcomes.

Building

The accelerator embeds directly into live delivery teams, applying AI‑first practices in customer and internal projects. This includes greenfield builds, large legacy systems, and heavily regulated environments.

Packaging what works

Successful practices are turned into reusable artefacts: starter kits, tooling, patterns, and practical guidance that other teams can adopt without starting from scratch.

This cycle never stops. With every sprint, the approach evolves and adapts to different contexts.

Proof from real delivery

Our early attempts showed that AI‑first delivery can significantly speed up delivery, but also that the wrong setup leads to inconsistent and technically weak outcomes. Those lessons directly informed how the accelerator works today.

Between September 2025 and January 2026, the internal team behind the accelerator completed 16 AI‑first sprints across seven regions, supporting customer projects, proof‑of‑concepts, and internal initiatives. The same approach has been applied to both small systems and very large greenfield and brownfield environments.

Start an AI-First Delivery Accelerator sprint

If you want to apply this approach in your own context, we run AI‑First Delivery Accelerator sprints together with client teams.

A typical engagement starts with a focused sprint where we work side‑by‑side with your team on a real delivery challenge, adapting AI‑first ways of working to your constraints and goals.
