How we work

Our program offers three tracks for organizations.

Customized development program

We work with you to develop a custom training program across software development, project management, UX/UI design and cybersecurity, ensuring your talent stays up to date with the ever-evolving tech landscape.

Talent incubator

We select the right talent for you, train them and give them hands on experience with our professionals. Once they’ve completed our development program, they can join your team, while benefiting from ongoing mentoring to accelerate growth.

Reverse secondment

We give your talent the opportunity to join our team and work on real-life international projects. They benefit from upskilling and new experiences; you get the peace of mind that your talent has the latest training and knowledge.
