freundin award: Nortal is one of the "most family-friendly companies in Germany

This year, freundin and kununu once again recognized the compatibility of family and career, a good work-life balance, feel-good factors, and equal career opportunities among employers.

In total, more than 3.2 million evaluations of over 300,000 companies in Germany and Austria were included in this year’s study, on the basis of which the ranking was compiled. Current and former employees from all work groups, industries and career levels evaluated the following criteria in addition to the working atmosphere:

• Career/training
• Work-life balance
• Salary/benefits
• Equal opportunities
• Dealing with older colleagues
