UK public expects government to digitise services in two years
As the UK approaches a pivotal election year, the public has voiced a clear expectation for the future government: prioritize digital transformation. According to a recent survey we conducted, 66% of respondents want the government to provide a fully digital suite of online public services. Additionally, 85% of these individuals expect this shift to occur within the next two years. These findings, reported by Consultancy.uk, send a strong message to the incoming administration at 10 Downing Street to act swiftly and embrace digital innovation.
“The message from the UK is loud and clear – the standard of digital public services needs to improve. People today expect their digital experiences with the government to mirror the slick, seamless and simple interactions they get from private sector services,” said John Cheal, our Government and Public Sector Director in the UK.
