    Nortal with gold and silver medals at the Career Show Awards 2025

    Nortal has once again achieved outstanding recognition at this year’s Career Show Awards, receiving two prestigious accolades on 16 September. The medals come in the categories “Inspiring Work Environment” and “Best Employer - Outsourcing”.

    The gold award for “Inspiring Workplace Environment” is a second consecutive win for Nortal in this key category. With a score of 81.5 out of 100 points, the recognition highlights our consistent efforts to create a working atmosphere where people feel engaged, valued, and inspired to grow.     Another repeat success is the award for “Best Employer - Outsourcing”. With a silver medal and a score of 70.3 out of 100, the company reflects its ability to foster a strong and motivating culture, even within the dynamic and client-driven outsourcing sector.
