Nortal partners with open-source process mining platform Apromore

We are delighted to announce partnership with Apromore, the only commercial open-source solution in the global process mining market, to bring Apromore’s leading-edge technology into our comprehensive solutions portfolio in Estonia in the field of business analytics and optimization.

Commenting on the launch of this partnership, Apromore’s Partnerships Relations Manager Marlon Dumas said, “We are delighted to welcome Nortal as our partner of choice in Estonia. We have learned a lot by bringing process mining into a wide range of companies in Europe and Australia in the past years. We are eager to combine our know-how of process mining with Nortal’s established expertise in business analytics, digital transformation, and systems integration. Given that Apromore’s roots are partly in Estonia, we are delighted to partner with the leading IT services provider in the region to add value to organizations in Estonia.”

General Manager of Nortal Estonia Ats Albre said, “Process mining is an essential step in digital transformation maturity to build ever more user-centric services as well as increase efficiency in both the public and private sectors. We are glad to start this cooperation with Apromore, making process mining benefits easily accessible and improving data-based decision-making for our customers,” added Albre.

According to Nortal’s Data Science Team Lead Indrek Velthut, process mining is an important addition to the company’s well-established portfolio of data analytics services. “Improving processes with fact-based process analysis across various systems pinpoints the bottlenecks, helps to optimize resources and validate automation opportunities,” added Velthut.

Apromore is the only commercially supported open-source solution in the global process mining market. It is the result of more than a decade of extensive research and innovation at the University of Melbourne, University of Tartu, and other research labs. Apromore has been tried and tested in several dozen companies worldwide. Thanks to its open-source core, Apromore profits from a broad community of IT specialists taking part in the constant development of the tool. This enables Apromore to provide high-end process mining capabilities at a highly attractive return-on-investment ratio for organizations. www.apromore.org
