    Nortal Bulgaria’s Giving Program: what we accomplished in 2024

    At Nortal, we believe in the power of collective action to create meaningful change. Our Giving Program in Bulgaria, which has been running for over 16 years, showcases how companies can positively impact their communities.

    We are excited to share that 2024 was one of the most successful years for this program. During the year, thanks to the incredible engagement of our team members, we raised 53,946 BGN (27,582 EUR) and supported various educational and social initiatives across Bulgaria.

    Creating impact where it matters most

    Education stands at the heart of our social impact strategy in Bulgaria. We take great pride in collaborating with leading organizations like Telerik SchoolAcademy, Teach for Bulgaria, Natural Sciences Olympic Teams Association, and Education without Backpacks – each playing a vital role in transforming the country's educational landscape.

    In 2024, we contributed 34,000 BGN (17,394 EUR) to support them and other educational initiatives through our long-standing company-matching program. Half of this amount was generously donated by our employees, and we doubled their contributions to maximize the impact. We firmly believe that the work of these organizations is instrumental in driving positive change within the education system.

    Beyond education, our impact reached various areas of social importance. Throughout the year, we supported causes that make Bulgaria a better place for all – from organizations working with people with disabilities and community development to those engaged in environmental conservation. Furthermore, our team members actively participated in initiatives ranging from charity bazaars to holiday giving campaigns, demonstrating how strongly we encourage individual involvement in charitable giving.
