We had a whirlwind experience at LEAP 2024, Saudi Arabia's premier tech event. Held from March 4 to 7, the conference served as a convergence point for industry giants, startups and investors, marking its third consecutive year as a leading tech forum in the region.

Leading on cutting-edge topics

LEAP 2024 delved into the theme “Into New Worlds,” offering a glimpse into the future of technology, particularly AI. Our Cyber and Data & AI teams were on the ground, discussing the latest trends and innovations (like our GenAI offering Nortal Tark) and demonstrating our commitment to delivering cutting-edge solutions that drive change.

Positioned at the Estonian Pavilion, we were at the heart of the action, engaging with attendees eager to explore opportunities for collaboration. The pavilion served as a hub for showcasing Estonia’s expertise and developing international partnerships.

But when my partner jumped on the flexible work train, we knew it was time to take the show on the road. Spain was the original plan, but let me tell you, our wanderlust had other ideas. Our map quickly filled up with more spots to explore, and we couldn’t resist the call to venture beyond our initial plans.

Showcasing our experience

During the event, our team had the honor of attending the “Meet Estonia” reception, hosted by Tiit Riisalo, the Estonian Minister of Economic Affairs and Information Technology.

The event was a valuable platform for networking and exploring potential partnerships that can contribute to the advancement of digital solutions in Saudi Arabia.

Empowering Saudi tech talent

One of the pivotal moments of LEAP 2024 was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Academy 32. This collaboration aims to develop human capability in the field of IT in Saudi Arabia, furthering our commitment to nurturing talent in the region.

Visitors also had the opportunity to meet our first cohort of Saudi Changemakers, who shared inspiring testimonials about their experience with our internship program. Their stories highlighted how the program has helped them grow professionally and equipped them with valuable skills for their careers in IT.

Driving change

Despite the bustling atmosphere and packed schedule, our team had the privilege of engaging with clients, partners and industry stakeholders, laying the groundwork for future collaborations and initiatives.

As we reflect on our experience at LEAP 2024, we remain committed to advancing digital transformation in Saudi Arabia, supporting our clients in achieving their Vision 2030 goals, and fostering a thriving tech ecosystem in the region.
