    AGR Software develops iQx™ platform that helps E&P companies to digitise their well delivery process. Harnessing three decades of well operations experience, the company is focusing on streamlining collaborative project delivery and empowering decision making around the fundamental considerations of any engineering project – time, cost and risk. iQx™ applications are used for all types of drilling & well projects, including exploration, development drilling as well as intervention and abandonment.

    The need for more full-stack and delivery capacity

    The software applications on the iQx™ platform are built around improving collaboration within project teams, time and cost planning, time and cost tracking and knowledge-sharing.

    All their products are designed to plug-and-play any time anywhere and can be integrated to other E&P software.

    To further improve and scale the iQx™ platform, in 2019 the AGR Software team saw the need to build more full-stack and operational muscle. They needed a staff augmentation partner who could find the right talent and support their development needs on modern tooling and frameworks. It applied for both development and delivery, backend and frontend. This is where we came into the picture.

    During the initial stages of the cooperation, AGR Software provided multiple sessions to integrate our team with the complex processes in the Energy industry. To fast-track their learning curve, our team also joined multiple existing projects to familiarize with the product as well as the stakeholder companies. Within a few weeks, our team had learned about most of AGR Software’s applications and services.

    Today, our team supports the existing iQx™ applications and has recently helped in creating a new reserves and resources reporting software for the mother company of AGR Software. For the new solution, our dedicated AGR team did everything, from setting up the applications’ fundamental structure to deployment and continuous integration system configuration.

    Over the last year, the applications within the platform have undergone significant development with improved functionalities and scaling method. It has enabled the applications to be ready to implement on any type of the well in any place in the world.

    Furthermore, Our dedicated team takes part in the development of AGR Software innovations to drive digitization within the energy industry. Within the first year of collaboration, we helped to successfully develop a new cloud-based data storing system.

    The launch of the new functionality was very successful, and the global energy companies are seeing a great potential in integrating their regulatory reporting processes with the new system. AGR has ambitious plans for the future development of the product.
