AI’s impact on creation, curation, distribution and customer engagement in the entertainment industry is already profound, while use cases in the gaming industry include non player characters, player-experience modeling and cheat detection in multiplayer games. Aligning AI initiatives to business outcomes is critical to propel innovation and sustainable growth while mitigating risk and threat in the industry.
