Nortal accelerates strategic growth in North America with key executive additions

Building upon significant customer demand, multinational strategic change company Nortal welcomes new leadership in consulting and client services to bolster ongoing expansion in its enterprise customer portfolio, global delivery operations, and strategic partnerships.

The company that has been the driving force behind 100+ digital transformation projects for governments, healthcare institutions, and leading enterprises worldwide, continues its strong expansion in North America.

“To expand on our 50% year-over-year growth and execute on our vision of seamlessly delivering value-as-a-service to our customers, we are pleased to welcome industry veterans Ben Burke and Judy Mirkin to our North American executive team. They bring a wealth of experiences with their respective backgrounds that will strengthen Nortal’s leadership in delivering business solutions for our customers and deepen our global consulting capabilities in strategic consulting, product development, and data engineering,” said Alain Dias, Nortal CEO for North America.

Burke joins Nortal as the SVP of Consulting overseeing all software engineering, product development, and strategic consulting services. Ben leverages his 20 years of experience building consulting practices to help Nortal expand its global capabilities and deliver high business impact for clients. Most recently, Burke was the Vice President and Seattle market leader for EPAM, a global software engineering and consulting firm. Prior, he spent 17 years with business consultancy Point B, where he led all growth functions including business development, industry practices, and strategy consulting teams.

“Nortal is already a trusted partner with some of the largest and most technically advanced enterprises in North America. I am so excited to help grow our team and be able to bring our award-winning track record to our clients. I have not seen another firm with the same engineering and consulting capabilities that combine seamlessly to create real business impact and value,” commented Burke.

Mirkin is a 25-year senior business executive whose expertise covers global sales strategy and execution, business development, digital transformation, and strategic partnerships. Judy has grown sales revenues exceeding $1B, executed solution portfolios for global enterprises, and has built award winning alliance partnership businesses. Mirkin held leadership roles at Microsoft, Riverbed Technology, and AT&T. She is a member of Chief, the most powerful network of executive women in the world. Judy joins Nortal as Vice President, Client Services, overseeing a growing multinational client portfolio.

“Enterprises want to provide more capabilities to their customers but often find an expertise or delivery gap that inhibits realization of their vision and attainment of their goals. I look forward to deploying Nortal’s business transformation expertise to drive high-value business impact for our customers,” Mirkin said.

Earlier this year, the company appointed Darren Hedges, as Vice President of Nortal Canada to lead Nortal’s Canadian team and serve its growing customer base.

“We are incredibly grateful for the dedication of our Nortal team in delivering high quality, seamless execution for our customers every day. Combined with our expanded leadership in the US and Canada, we continue to strengthen our role as a best-in-class partner for our North American customers delivering business transformation that combine technical expertise with strong business and product acumen,” added Dias.
