The gold is Nortal's third consecutive medal in the category, after bronze in 2024 and silver in 2025. Our history with the awards goes back further. In 2020, Nortal Bulgaria, then operating as Questers, won silver in Best Employer – IT and bronze in Best Engagement Strategy.
The Career Show Awards are a national competition for employers in Bulgaria, judged by a jury of more than 40 business leaders, academics, journalists, and heads of industry associations. This year's eighth edition drew over 300 employer entries across more than 80 categories.
Bilyana Manolova, Deputy Chair of the Bulgarian-Spanish Chamber of Commerce, was one of the jurors who reviewed Nortal's entry. She pointed to a consistent approach built on trust and autonomy, with room for people to grow. What stood out to her was a well-structured HR ecosystem, one that brings digital tools and learning opportunities together with personal care for employees and delivers measurable results in satisfaction and engagement.
