For example, there is no need for card readers and corresponding software. Mobile solutions are also easier and more convenient to use.

Mobile ID enables the user to enter web portals, use public and private e-services. It also allows people to make payments, provide digital signatures and even take part in electronic elections.

In addition, the user can gain access to various applications – for example when making bank transactions from a smart device conveniently wherever the user is.

Legal infrastructure and issuance principals are playing a crucial role on corresponding Mobile Identification acceptance levels and usage.
