Today, March 13, 2020, Nortal AS (the “Company“) announces the successful completion of the written procedure (the “Written Procedure“) that was initiated on February 18, 2020 in relation to the Company’s outstanding up to EUR 75,000,000 senior secured bonds due 2024 (ISIN FI4000383930) (the “Bonds“), regarding certain waivers and amendments to the terms and conditions of the Bonds, as specified in the notice of Written Procedure dated February 18, 2020 (the “Proposal“). The last time and day for the holders of the Bonds (the “Bondholders“) to vote on the Proposal was 17.00 (EET) on March 13, 2020.
In the Written Procedure, a sufficient number of Bondholders participated in order to form a quorum, and a requisite majority of the Bondholders voted in favor to approve the Proposal.
The amendments shall be effective as of March 16, 2020.
