Pwrteams works with customers across Europe and North America, including companies such as TUI and News UK, and has more than 750 specialists in Ukraine, Poland, Bulgaria, Serbia, Lithuania, Estonia and across Latin America.

The integration brings two IT outsourcing models from Pwrteams under the Nortal brand: [flexible staff augmentation](https://nortal.com/services/it-outsourcing/it-staff-augmentation) for fast access to engineering capacity, and [Global Capability Centers (GCCs)](https://nortal.com/services/it-outsourcing/global-capability-centers) for long-term, multi-team scale and strategic delivery. Combined with our broader capabilities, the move strengthens our ability to support clients across the full technology lifecycle within one integrated organisation.

"This is a natural next step for us as a daughter company that has grown significantly over the past years. Clients increasingly expect their technology partners to support them across multiple delivery models, capabilities and geographies within one long-term relationship. Bringing Pwrteams fully under the Nortal brand reflects exactly that shift, making it easier for customers to access the full breadth of our expertise through a single unified organisation as we continue to expand across Europe and North America," said **Karel Saurwalt, CEO of ****Pwrteams****, now leading ****Nortal's**** EMEA**** staff augmentation arm**.

“AI is rewriting client roadmaps faster than companies can hire for. They don't just need more engineers, they need engineers who understand AI systems, delivery centers that can scale the build and architects who keep the stack coherent while everything around it shifts. Pwrteams joining Nortal pairs the two halves of that problem: the experience from Nortal's AI work, and one of the strongest engineering talent bases in Europe and LATAM that Pwrteams has built up over the past decade. One organisation – both sides of the equation,” said **Ole Behrens-Carlsson****, ****Nortal’s**** Chief Revenue Officer**.

The [Pwrteams brand was introduced in 2022](https://nortal.com/news/news-library/nortal-unveils-new-service-brand-pwrteams-for-building-multi-site-technology-teams/) following the [acquisition of Skelia](https://nortal.com/news/news-library/nortal-to-acquire-skelia/) in Ukraine and Poland and later expanded into Bulgaria through the [integration of Questers](https://nortal.com/news/news-library/nortal-acquires-questers-an-international-distributed-software-development-company-from-tpximpact/). Since then, the organisation has brought together engineering talent and delivery expertise across multiple locations, supporting international clients across a wide range of industries and technologies.
