Cloud as key to scalability and reduced costs
With cost savings as the main goal, we redesigned User Interaction Services for our long-term client in hospitality and lodging. As a single source of data that feeds multiple business critical systems, the Service is integral for our client’s business. Three main features include: storage, streaming events and data mining access. By leveraging native AWS cloud technologies, we were able to speed up information going though the system from 2.5 hours to 1 second and save 93% of database licensing costs for our client, allowing for long-term scalability, and improved reliability and performance.
