Nortal AS (the "Company") has instructed the agent for the Company's up to EUR 75,000 000 senior secured fixed rate bonds with ISIN FI4000383930 (the "Bonds") to initiate a written procedure to request that the bondholders vote in favour of approving two distributions in an amount not exceeding EUR 6,600,000, as further described in the attached notice to a written procedure.
The agent will deliver the notice to a written procedure to all bondholders on 16 March 2021. The written procedure will commence on 22 March 2021 and end on 13 April 2021. To be eligible to participate in the written procedure a person must fulfil the formal criteria for being a bondholder on 15 March 2021. This means that the person must be registered on a securities account with Euroclear Finland Oy as a direct registered owner (Fi. omistaja) or authorised nominee (Fi. hallintarekisteröinnin hoitaja) with respect to one or several Bonds.
