Roadmap of the Nortal Leap 2022

Step 1: Sign up

October 10 - November 14

The application process kicks off with a sign-up period on October 10th. This is your opportunity to let us know that you are interested in taking part in our junior program. We expect nothing more than just basic information in your application, allowing us to send you the test assignment instructions and deadlines after the registration period.

02 / 04

Step 2: Test assignment

November 15 - November 22

This assignment is your unique chance to show us what you’ve got and solve similar issues to what our teams work with every day. Don’t worry, you have enough time to challenge yourself and gain some extra knowledge if needed! We value your motivation to learn. An online space will be set up for you to interact with other candidates and our team will also be standing by, ready to answer your questions.

We will evaluate all the tasks during the period November 15 – November 30.

Step 3: Virtual meetings

November 30 - December 7

Top performers in the test tasks are invited to virtual meetings to meet our Team leads and Talent people. This is our way of getting to know each other better before making the final decision and assigning you to a project. We want to see who you are as a person to find out which of our teams will be a perfect match for you!

Step 4: Full-stack IT workout

January 16 - January 20

Successful applicants begin Nortal Leap with a contract (meaning, a salary!) and an intensive full-stack onboarding process.
A full-stack workout is where you’ll learn from the best of the best, develop networks among peers and receive the tools & preparation you’ll need for the job. This program is built on close collaboration and mentorship to provide you with the best onboarding experience early in your career.
