Step 1: Test

The test task will become available on Dec. 17. The task is your opportunity to show us what you’ve got and receive valuable feedback. We understand this will be a busy time for you, so we’re giving you up to four weeks to solve the task (it actually takes much less). But don’t forget that competition is fierce. If you register earlier, the test task will be sent to your email on Dec. 17; otherwise, you will receive the task via email when you sign up. Registration for our winter recruitment drive ends at noon Jan. 12. But the test task deadline is Jan. 13, so we strongly recommend you register well before that.
Step 2: Meetings
JAN. 21 – JAN. 25
Top performers in the test task are invited to our office for group interviews, which take place at the end of January. These meetings allow our hiring teams to get to know you better before making the final decisions and choosing candidates for their projects.
Step 3: Training & work
Successful applicants begin their Nortal experience in February with a contract, a salary and intensive training in Tallinn to give you the tools you’ll need for the job. This will be your chance to learn from the best of the best while getting to know your peers. Immediately after, you will join one of Nortal’s ongoing projects where, under the close eye of your personal mentor, you’ll start working and building your exciting new career.
